Juan Marroquin, Feed Location Manager in Trimont, MN, entered the world of agriculture right after he graduated from college in Mexico. It was there that he first discovered his passion for animal nutrition while working at a local feed mill. This initial spark of interest was further fueled in 2009 when he moved to the United States to work on a hog farm. Eager to expand his knowledge and advance in the industry, Juan sought new opportunities, eventually finding his way to Crystal Valley

Depending upon your field of study and interests, we work with you to find the right match of Crystal Valley expertise with your educational goals.Our team is currently looking for highly motivated and professional interns for the summer of 2021 in our agronomy and feed divisions.

This summer,  Crystal Valley is proud to have 16  interns taking their classroom experience to the field. Specialties include Agronomy Sales, Precision Ag, Operations, and Grain, and each intern has a specific goal they working towards this season. At the end of their experience, each intern does a presentation about what they learned and shares it with their peers and Crystal Valley employees, including the Senior Leadership Team.
