This summer, Crystal Valley is proud to have 16 interns taking their classroom experience to the field. Specialties include Agronomy Sales, Precision Ag, Operations, and Grain, and each intern has a specific goal they working towards this season. At the end of their experience, each intern does a presentation about what they learned and shares it with their peers and Crystal Valley employees, including the Senior Leadership Team.
Our season started out a little different than most as we were unable to meet in-person as an entire group, due to COVID-19. With the out-of-the-box thinking by our internship organizers, there was still a full day of orientation which included introductions, an overview of what it takes to be part of the Crystal Valley team, and training so all could jump in as soon as their school session was over.
Throughout the summer, we will be doing more in-depth intros over on our Facebook page but until then, here is a quick glimpse at those we have working with us.
