Crystal Valley is currently accepting nominations for the Board of Directors.
Qualifications for serving as a director on the Crystal Valley board are listed on our website along with the Board of Directors Application. Directors serve three-year terms which begin immediately following the cooperative’s annual meeting.
Applications to serve on the Board of Directors must be submitted to a member of the nominating committee or received at the Crystal Valley main office by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Incumbents Gene Meyer and Tim Lewer are seeking re-election.
As we have practiced in recent years, voting will take place via mail ballot in January of 2024, prior to the Crystal Valley Annual Meeting.
Crystal Valley’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 31, 2024 at the main office in Mankato, MN.
