Crystal Valley Offices Reopening

Crystal Valley offices will again be open to the public with the exception of Feed Mills which will remain closed due to Bio-Security concerns for Food/Feed Safety.

We appreciate your understanding of the need to do business a little differently during these unprecedented times and we look forward to continuing to provide services in the way you feel most comfortable. Our goal is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, help reduce the spread of COVID-19, and minimize the impact on our service to customers.

Moving forward, Crystal Valley’s COVID mitigation plans for employees and customers include the following:

• Continue social distancing practices (6ft apart, no more than 10 people)
• Continue adhering to CDC, MDH and OSHA guidelines and standards
• Continue “doing the right thing” and exercising sound judgment
• Continue abiding by federal, state, or county regulations
