You can access your Crystal Valley account information on line. This includes your statements, invoices, purchase summary for any selected time period, patronage earned and accumulated, and a copy of your 1099 Patronage for the previous year.
First time users will have to setup a password with their account. If you have trouble accessing your account or trouble with the functions of the online account access please contact the Lake Crystal office at 800-622-2910 or 507-726-6455. You can also email tom.hansen@crystalvalley.coop

At this time, any Energy transactions since October 1st, 2009 will not be visible with the online Account Access utility due to the software conversion. Access to Energy transactions should be restored during the summer of 2010. Thank you for your patience.
